1 — Executive Summary & About ACHI

An AI-native Business Operations Platform. No code required.

ACHI enables organisations to design, automate and manage business processes without writing code. Rather than treating forms, workflows, approvals, documents and AI as separate systems, ACHI combines them into a single operational platform that helps organisations standardise and execute work securely and consistently.

Common Use Cases

  • Supplier onboarding
  • Procurement approvals
  • Provider assessments
  • Employee onboarding
  • Compliance reviews
  • Capital expenditure requests
  • Site inspections
  • Operational approvals
  • Contract reviews
  • Internal governance

Every Process Includes

  • Digital forms
  • Workflow automation
  • Role-based routing
  • Dynamic Stage Workspaces
  • AI-assisted guidance
  • Task management
  • Audit history
  • Operational reporting

Our Vision

Organisations should be able to describe a business process in plain English and have software generate the operational system automatically.

What Makes ACHI Different

Traditional workflow platforms focus on routing work. ACHI creates complete operational experiences — information collection, AI assistance, role workspaces, and generated documentation.

Enterprise Principles

Six core principles guide the platform: Security by Design, Human Governance, Configurable, Enterprise Ready, Open Architecture, and AI Native.

3 — Platform Overview

Six core capability areas working together.

01

AI Process Designer

Creates business processes using natural language. Describe what you need — ACHI builds the forms, workflow, and roles automatically.

02

Template Engine

Creates reusable digital forms for any process, with field validation, conditional logic, and structured data capture.

03

Workflow Engine

Automates approvals, routing and business rules. Tasks auto-assign to the right role at the right time.

04

Runtime Stage Workspaces

Provides each participant with a role-specific operational workspace tailored to their responsibilities at each stage.

05

AI Assistant

Supports users by summarising information, answering questions and recommending next actions in context.

06

Operational Intelligence

Provides dashboards, analytics and complete audit history for full visibility across all active processes.

4 — Enterprise Architecture

Multi-tenant. Logically isolated. Consistent business lifecycle.

Each customer operates within a logically isolated organisation. Platform resources — including users, workflows, submissions, templates, documents and audit records — are scoped to a single organisation. Tenant isolation is enforced through application and database controls designed to prevent cross-organisation access.

5 — Security Architecture

Security by design across infrastructure, application, and governance.

Hosting

  • Cloud-hosted infrastructure
  • Secure regional deployment
  • HTTPS-only communication

Encryption

  • Encryption in transit using TLS
  • Encryption at rest for all stored information

Identity

  • Role-based access control
  • Separation of system roles and business roles

Audit

  • Immutable audit history
  • Activity logging
  • Complete workflow history

Governance

  • Human approval required for all operational decisions
  • AI operates in an advisory capacity only

Enterprise Security Roadmap

  • Customer-managed encryption keys (BYOK)
  • Dedicated cloud deployments
  • Customer-managed cloud deployments
  • Private cloud deployments
  • Enhanced regional hosting options
  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • SCIM provisioning
  • Advanced security reporting

6 — Data Privacy & Governance

Customers retain full ownership of all data stored in ACHI.

Customer Data Ownership

Customers retain ownership of all information stored in ACHI — forms, workflow submissions, documents, attachments, audit records, and configuration.

AI Data Usage

Customer information submitted to ACHI is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the platform's services. Customer data is never used to train public foundation models.

Data Export

Customers may export operational data using supported export mechanisms and APIs, enabling integration with their own reporting and data platforms.

7 — Responsible AI

AI assists people. People remain accountable.

Every AI-generated recommendation remains subject to human review. AI in ACHI is designed to assist rather than replace organisational governance.

AI Can

  • Generate templates
  • Generate workflows
  • Generate business roles
  • Draft documents
  • Summarise submissions
  • Detect missing information
  • Recommend next actions
  • Answer operational questions

AI Cannot

  • Approve payments
  • Approve contracts
  • Publish workflows
  • Override company policies
  • Change permissions
  • Execute unauthorised actions
  • Bypass approval hierarchies

All operational state changes require authorised user action. AI proposes. People decide.

8 — Enterprise Integration

Designed to integrate with existing enterprise systems, not replace them.

Current Integration Options

  • Email
  • CSV export
  • REST APIs
  • Webhooks (roadmap)

9 — Deployment Options

Four models to meet varying organisational and regulatory requirements.

Multi-tenant SaaS

Available now

Managed by Dormot Technologies. Logical database isolation per organisation.

Dedicated Cloud

Roadmap

Dedicated environment for a single customer. Container and database isolation.

Customer Cloud

Roadmap

Deployed into the customer's cloud environment via IaC templates. Full data residency control.

Private Deployment

Roadmap

Private infrastructure where commercially appropriate. On-premise or private Kubernetes.

Deployment availability may vary based on customer requirements and product maturity.

10 — Identity & Access Management

Two complementary access models — platform administration and organisational responsibilities.

System Roles (Platform Access)

Control platform administration rights and capabilities.

OwnerFull platform control and billing
AdministratorManage users, workflows, and configuration
ManagerOperational oversight and reporting
ReviewerParticipate in workflow approvals
ViewerRead-only access to reports and history

Business Roles (Workflow Routing)

Represent organisational responsibilities. Workflow stages are assigned to business roles rather than named individuals, supporting continuity as personnel change.

11 — Audit & Operational Governance

Every significant operational event is recorded immutably.

Workflow creation
Form submission
Approval decisions
User actions
Role assignments
Administrative changes

This supports operational transparency, accountability and compliance. The audit trail is immutable — once written, records cannot be modified or deleted.
